To serve you in the best way possible, we work by appointments. We suggest that you call for a routine appointment four to six weeks prior to the time you wish to be seen. Please always let us know of symptoms or issues that may indicate that you need to be seen sooner.
We do our best to keep to appointed schedules, but medical emergencies and unexpected events do occur. If that happens and it delays your appointment, we promise to keep you informed and let you know of other options to fit your needs. Always feel free to call ahead to check for any known delays before coming in for your appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so as far in advance as possible. Please bring all insurance information, including insurance cards, and, if necessary, your HMO referral. Every effort is made to see you at your appointment date and time but occasional emergencies or events may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you from being inconvenienced.
